These bright green teddy bears are Moesuke the mascots of Moeginomura. Designed by one of the artists making handmade decorative goods, it is now the official mascot of Moeginomura.

With puppy dog eyes that beg you to take one home you just can’t help but to stop and pick one up. Moesuke isn’t popular with kids but adult women, so taking one as a gift for a woman who likes adorable things is highly recommended. These adorable green teddy bears seem to bring luck to not only the recipient but the giver as well.

The small and cute merry go round called carousel dream has been used in music videos and commercials by Hamasaki Ayumi, and Shibasaki Kou.

If you look closely it isn’t just horses but cats, pigs, ostriches, gators and even chairs that don’t care about the difference in size.

It is a unique merry go round that almost seems like it is straight out of a fairy tale.

The romantic atmosphere is multiplied at night with the lights and the music making even grown people want to ride it.

In the picture behind the merry go round is the Merry go round Café where you can eat curry, beef stew, and homemade sausages as well as buy toys and accessories for your pet dog.

In the central square of Moeginomura during summer the Field Ballet show is put on. The pipe structure is where they are building the stage pictured behind the wodden reindeer.

There is a special show that can’t be experienced indoors with the starlit sky above and the natural surroundings of Kiyosato. The wind and sky make for an unpredictable show of beauty.

Because the field ballet is at night many are in need of lodgings. At Moeginomura, there is an inn called Hut Walden, which you should reserve early on for during a visit when this show is on.
