This hotel is only a five-minute drive from one of our favourite beaches on Kalymnos, Kalamies Beach. It's super chill, with a few cafes (Pirates of Kalymnos being one) and free sunbeds. It can only be reached via an unnamed road and doesn’t show up on the maps - a lot of the best beaches here don’t and we found this one via the wonderful owner of Dreamcatcher in the next village. It’s quite a stoney beach and it can be hard to get into the water, but it still has a great atmosphere.
