A luxurious hotel, it features tropical gardens, a spa, and an outdoor pool, overlooking the sea and Mount Etna. All of the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and each one has an elegant design and a private balcony with the best views. The health inclined will be pleased to know about the free gym, open 24-hours a day.

7. Hotel Orpheus
A very popular hotel for tourists, Hotel Orpheus is a gorgeous hotel, set right on a cliff of volcanic rock. It takes a little while to get down to the beach, but is also very close to the town centre. Plus, being on a cliff gives it a definite vantage point in terms of views of Taormina Bay, the sea and Mount Etna. At Orpheus, guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast of fresh and delicious local produce, with freshly prepared eggs, accompanied by homemade cakes, cold cuts and Sicilian cheese, served on the terrace overlooking the sea, for a truly picturesque start to the day.
All rooms here have glorious sea views and come with a desk, fridge and a private bathroom with shower, and also come equipped with air conditioning, or at least a fan. One can also find a small bay here, nestled between two cliffs, for guests to head down to, and it is equipped with beach chairs and parasols.
