Joannes Aquatic Center is a heated swimming pool located at 1430 East Walnut Street, in Joannes Park. A zero-depth wading area, a tot sand play area, and sand volleyball courts are available here. A 23-foot (7-meter) high waterslide, 1-meter (3.3-foot) high diving board, and drop slide are provided for older kids. Whereas, a great mini-slide with water fountains in a shallow pool is suitable for younger kids.
Other facilities in the waterpark include lounge chairs for relaxing, coin-operated lockers, as well as a full-service concession with pizza, nachos, hot dogs, ice cream, and candy. The area also comes with a basketball court, skate park, and a baseball stadium.
