BG Junction was an iconic shopping plaza and movie theater named Wijaya before fire damaged it in the 1990s. Fast forward to mid-2006, a private company in Indonesia rebuilt the theater and transformed it into BG Junction. While we can still go to a movie theater (CGV) in this mall, it now also has plenty of other attractions and shops to see and explore. Locals usually refer to Pakuwon Mall And Trade Center as Pakuwon Trace Center (PTC) even though it has two other areas—Pakuwon Mall (the most modernized and crowded area) and Pakuwon Mall HomePRO.
